The Professional Me
Jessica joined our team in 2023, with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry where she spent more than 7 years collecting and analyzing data for the development of comprehensive financial plans. She works closely with our team of experienced wealth advisors to build comprehensive financial plans that reflect what matters most to each client. In addition to participating in client discovery, on-boarding and review meetings, she prepares meeting summaries, reports, and action steps, and assists with implementing plan recommendations tailored to each client’s specific needs and preferences.
Jessica attended college in Cincinnati, Ohio where she earned a Bachelor of Mortuary Science from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and an Associate of Applied Science from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science.
The Personal Me
Born in Indiana, Jessica grew up in Indianapolis, Northern Kentucky and the Cincinnati, Ohio area. In both high school and college, she was a member of the drumline where she performed at football games, competitions and other events. She enjoys spending time with family, reading, working out, hiking, swimming, and checking in on minor league baseball games throughout the tri-state area. Jessica continues to follow and cheer on sports teams from the different places she’s lived, including the Colts, Bengals, Browns, Reds, Guardians, Pacers, and Cavaliers.
Jessica’s grandmother had a major influence on her outlook and work ethic. Her grandmother worked for the government well into her 90’s before reluctantly retiring just a few years before she passed away. Having grown up during the Great Depression, her grandmother never fully accepted that she could retire securely, despite adequate savings. Her lifelong anxiety about money left a lasting impression on Jessica, who is deeply motivated to help eliminate those anxieties for others through well-defined strategies that seek to help people enjoy their retirement years with confidence.
Jessica and her husband Kris have two grown daughters, Lydia and Elaine, and live in Shaker Heights, Ohio with Debbie, their tortico cat – a mix between a tortoiseshell and a calico.
Little Known Fact: Jessica's uncle is listed in Guinness World Records for apple picking.
